​Deya Elyas is the Director of Staffing Services Department at Saudi Aramco. He is a fellow at Dwight Eisenhower Fellowship Program since 2005. Mr. Deya served as the manager of Northern Area & Western Region Community Services at Saudi Aramco for 11 months. He got a degree of Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan. For four years, he was the Director of Public Affairs at Aramco Services Company. In 2007, Mr. Deya got a GMP degree from Harvard Business School. He got his Bachelor degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in the field of Applied Civil Engineering.​
