  • PTSA - Fieldwork assistant

    The main task will be to assist in the field work mainly in  marine environments: corals, seagrasses meadows and mangroves

    A PTSA contract is offered for  40 hours per week. 

    Requirements:  B.Sc., preferably biology Experience in SCUBA diving and fieldwork in marine environments. Valuable to have knowledges of water sampling methods.

  • PTSA - Laboratory Technician for Analytical chemistry

    Laboratory Technician for Analytical chemistry.

     The main work will be to conduct analysis with Total Organic Carbon analysers (TOC Shimadzu and Aurora), Titrations and Picarro Analyzers (Dual Carbon Isotope Analyzer - δ13C Analyzer for Isotopic Carbon in CO2 and CH4.)

    The main analyses will be done with marine plants (mangroves, seagrass and algae), sediments and dust.

    A PTSA contract is offered for  40 hours per week. 

    Requirements:  B.Sc., preferably in chemistry or chemical engineering, Experience in inorganic chemistry, Experience in use of ICP-MS and CHN analyses will be highly valued.
