Research Interests

My research aims to study autotrophic and heterotrophic picoplankton abundances, sizes and biomass in short and long time-scales. Currently, I am working on experiment assessments of the combined effects of temperatures and nutrients added to analyze abundances and characteristics of picoplankton diversity by using flow-cytometry technique and 16S RNA gene.
