About: Discussion with Dr. Elvira Poloczanska, science advisor to the Co-chairs and WGII Technical Support Unit, and one of the leading authors of the IPCC Special Report on the Ocean and the Cryosphere in a Changing Climate, released on September 25, 2019. Dr. Poloczanska will address questions from postdoc and students, aiming to help them understand the processes involved in producing and approving an IPCC report, and the various ways in which they could contribute to an IPCC report.
