Research Interests

Adam is currently interested in studying the molecular relationship between coral-associated microbiomes and coral hosts and how this pertains to the efficacy of Beneficial Microorganisms for Corals (BMCs). Specifically, Adam is looking at whether and how bacteria can change the epigenomes of coral hosts to promote or prevent coral resistance and resilience to detrimental environmental changes.
