Research Interests

Ken is a PhD student at TAJRC with interests in ecotoxicology and conservation genetics. He is particularly interested in the application of molecular data into management and conservation planning in syngnathids. The aim of his PhD is 1) to explore the population connectivity of seahorses across the Red Sea and 2) study the underlying genetic mechanism responsible for evolutionary adaptation to toxic pollution observed in wild fish.
